1. Introduction

Welcome to FamTaskTic! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FamTaskTic mobile application ("App"), developed by Kolohekinebitz. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

This App is intended for use by parents or legal guardians who are at least 18 years of age. Child accounts may only be created and managed by a parent or guardian. Children must not independently create accounts or access the App without parental supervision.

3. Service Description

FamTaskTic is a family chore and reward management tool that allows parents to:

• Assign chores and tasks to their children

• Set reward points for chore completion using a customizable family currency

• Monitor and approve completed chores

• Manually add or subtract points from a child's balance

• Create a reward catalog of items children can redeem with their earned points

• Approve or deny redemption requests from children

• Manage household routines and responsibilities

4. Reward Currency Disclaimer

FamTaskTic's reward currency system is an in-app tool for family motivation and chore management. It helps parents create a customizable points-based economy, award points for completed chores, and let children redeem those points for parent-defined rewards.

The Reward Currency System does NOT:

• Involve any real-world monetary transactions or have any cash value

• Connect to bank accounts, payment processors, or financial institutions

• Control, restrict, or manage your device's internet connection, Wi-Fi, or cellular data

• Use Mobile Device Management (MDM) profiles or technology

• Monitor websites visited, apps used, or any activity outside of FamTaskTic

• Install configuration profiles or system-level software on any device

All reward point balances, transactions, and catalog items in FamTaskTic are generated entirely within the app. Parents are responsible for fulfilling any rewards they add to the catalog.

5. User Accounts

• Parents must create an account using a valid email and secure password.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• You may not share your account with others outside your household.

6. Parental Responsibility

As a parent or guardian using this App, you accept full responsibility for:

• All child accounts created under your profile

• Monitoring your child's use of the App

• Ensuring the chores, point values, and reward catalog items are appropriate for your child's age and ability

• Fulfilling any rewards your children redeem from the catalog you created

• Any content or settings configured within the App

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App

• Use the App to harass, intimidate, or harm any person

• Create false accounts or impersonate others

• Circumvent any parental controls, access restrictions, or security features

8. Data & Privacy

We take your family's privacy seriously. Please review our full Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

• Parents may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

9. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

FamTaskTic offers a premium subscription ("Family Rewards Pro") that unlocks all features of the app. Subscriptions are available exclusively as In-App Purchases through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

• No other payment methods are accepted within the app. There are no external purchase options.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to FamTaskTic, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of FamTaskTic are the intellectual property of Kolohekinebitz. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FamTaskTic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kolohekinebitz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
